Our mobile app has been updated to v0.4.9, bringing exciting new changes to improve your VoicePing experience on your Android or iOS device!
Now you can share transcripts directly from the mobile app, making collaboration seamless whether you’re in a meeting or on the move. Plus, the app now shows who created each transcript, giving you clear context about your shared content. These features empower you to stay productive and connected, no matter where you are.
Comprehensive Dashboard for Workspace Analytics
Managers can now access a powerful dashboard that provides valuable insights into workspace activity and usage patterns. The dashboard displays your total usage time for the selected month, with a detailed timeline graph showing daily usage fluctuations. The Meetings Counts Heatmap visualizes when your team is most active throughout the week, with time slots marked in UTC+9, making it easy to identify peak meeting hours and collaboration patterns. Additionally, the dashboard breaks down speaking and translation language distributions, showing the percentage and count of each language used across your workspace. This data-driven overview helps managers optimize team schedules, understand communication preferences, and make informed decisions about resource allocation.
Smarter & Collaborative Meeting Notes
Meeting transcripts just got a major upgrade! You can now create and edit notes for your meeting transcripts collaboratively with multiple users, making teamwork more efficient and transparent.
We’ve also included event logs to this feature, so you can monitor who modifies your meeting notes. Additionally, meeting notes data is now integrated into our data intelligence feature, making sure your meeting notes are part of your mind map insights. Whether you’re tracking action items or reviewing discussions, these enhancements keep your meetings organized and actionable.
Workspace and user deletion features are now live, giving you more control over your data. Plus, subscription management has been enhanced — upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or restore your plan with ease, right from the app.
Invoice Tab & Usage Plan Updates
Managing your invoices just got simpler with the new Invoice Tab on the web app. You can now download receipts directly, with improved error handling and clearer status updates for your purchases and subscriptions.
We’ve also updated the usage plans for free and small accounts reflected in the plan table and web app cards. This ensures you have accurate information about your usage limits and can manage your plan effectively.

We’ve tackled several pesky issues to keep your experience smooth:
