Mr. Suzuki: Tabian Inc. is a system development company specializing in writing programs. Our main business focuses on providing comprehensive support for startup product development. We develop on cloud-based platforms and cover a wide range of technologies, including image recognition, web services, mobile apps, online payments, and e-commerce.
Most of our clients are startups, many of whom are unsure about what kind of product they need. We leverage our expertise to guide them through the development process.

What led you to introduce VoicePing?
Mr. Suzuki: When we shifted to remote work due to COVID-19, communication became a major challenge. Our team strongly felt the need for real-time verbal discussions. We tried various tools like Zoom and Google Meet.
However, these tools required generating a URL, sharing it with the other person, waiting for them to join, and then starting the conversation. This multi-step process made it difficult for team discussions to happen naturally. While it wasn’t a problem for scheduled meetings, repeating this process multiple times a day became cumbersome. As a result, team members started avoiding open-ended questions like, “How should we develop this system?”
